Pet Policy
We love pets at Pike Pond RV Park and welcome well-behaved furry companions!
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines:

Limit: Up to 2 pets per site unless approved in advance.

Leashes: All pets must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet when outside your RV

Supervision: Pets must not be left unattended outside at any time.

Clean-Up: Guests are required to clean up after their pets immediately and dispose of waste in designated trash bins.

Noise: Excessive barking or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to ask guests to remove disruptive pets.

Restricted Breeds: We do not restrict by breed, but any aggressive behavior will result in immediate removal from the park for the safety of all guests.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation terms below:

Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund, minus a $10 processing fee.

Cancellations made 3–6 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival or no-shows will not be refunded.
Early departures are not eligible for a refund.
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to PikePondRVPark@gmail.com or through your booking platform. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
